New Beginnings

What does new beginning look like? Change is not easy, however, it is necessary. Slow down, take a deep breath. Your body is getting used to a new beginning. The homeostasis of your life is changing and your body is catching up to what your mind has to endure. Give yourself time to adjust. Give yourself time to improve. Close your eyes, ground yourself, feet facing flat on the floor, picture the most peaceful, serene scenery that you can think of. Let yourself let go and breathe. Before you know this new beginning won’t feel so new. Before you know it, your equilibrium will feel more comfortable. Congratulations, cheers to the newest part of you.

Temporary

When you are putting in work to improve your circumstances, the hatred times may feel intense. Don’t worry. It is temporary. When you desire change, it will come. It may not come as fast as you would like but it will come if you keep believing.
